Workshop Registration – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
Registration Confirmation
Your registration is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email or receipt.
Non-Refundable Tickets (No-Show or Non-Attendance)
Tickets are non-refundable if the participant fails to attend the workshop for any reason, including personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, illness, or late arrival.
Event Cancellation by the Organizer
If the workshop is cancelled by the organizer for any reason, participants will receive a refund of the ticket price excluding any payment processing, bank transfer, or transaction fees incurred during the payment process.
Event Postponement or Rescheduling
If the workshop is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date. If a participant is unable to attend the rescheduled event, they may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement. Any approved refund will be subject to deduction of payment processing or transaction fees.
Participant Conduct
The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, or compromises the safety or experience of others. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be held liable for cancellation, postponement, or interruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. The organizer does not store or have access to your payment card details.
